Review the Price Plan of participating registrars and select the plan that best meet your needs. As an add-on option, you may choose to add other services such as web hosting, web design or email services when you register your domain name with any of the participating registrars listed below.

Step 2
You may login to Bizfile and select the Value-Added Service (VAS) page. Select the SGNIC logo to enter a page that allows you to check on availability of the .sg domain name of your choice.  Select the available name of your choice, and click to reserve it.  You may then click on the link of your selected registrar in list of participating registrars below, and provide the registrar with the following information to assist you with activation of your domain name under the SME scheme.

For businesses: ACRA Registration Number, date of incorporation and NRIC number of any of the business owners.
For companies: ACRA Registration Number, date of incorporation and NRIC number of any company shareholders or directors.

Step 3
You may choose to reserve the domain name now but may want to activate or register it later.  You have a maximum of 90 days reservation period from reservation to activating/registering your domain name.  You can start using the domain name for your website or email once you have activated/registered it with the same registrar who reserved the name for you.

Please note that if you are unable to activate/register the reserved name by the 90 days reservation period, the name you have reserved will then be made available for others to reserve.  Only one chance is allowed under this scheme, therefore you will not be able to reserve another name under the scheme if you have reserved but not activated the name.
