The Registry of Companies and Businesses has changed their website for validation of companies and businesses
from http://web9.internet.gov.sg/rcb/owa/find.main to https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=RCB-BIZFILE-BIZCODIR.
However SGNIC is unable to change the script that links the RCB validation to our modification form.
Despite the error, all modifications will still be able to be processed.
