For three months starting from 3 Jan 2013 till 3 Apr 2013, all businesses and companies who register a “.SG” or “.COM.SG” domain name will be eligible for mobile web hosting at no charge for up to one (1) year. This initiative is made possible through the collaboration between SGNIC and IDA (Digital Concierge). 

SGNIC is committed to providing more value for .SG domain names and is actively working with suitable partners to create more applications for access by registrants of .SG domain name. Mr Tan Eng Pheng, Senior Director for Industry Cluster Group at IDA, welcomed the collaboration and said that it would enable more local businesses to reach their customers through the mobile channel. Businesses can use mobile websites to showcase the latest promotions, conduct contests or deploy more sophisticated services such as mobile commerce, he added.
