SGNIC has set up a Singapore SMS Sender ID registry (the “Registry”) on 4 March 2022 to enable organisations to protect their customers from Spoofed SMS sender IDs.
The Registry will first reach out to organisations who participated in the IMDA-MAS-MEF pilot that ran from August 2021 to February 2022, to help them transition to the Registry.
